  Below are the choices to choose from in Lakeland to have a wedding reception. To be honest, I was a little surprised that there weren’t more choices.

The Yacht Club (*Located on Lake Hollingsworth)

  This building was built in 1924. It is a quaint and charming choice and is located on the beautiful Lake Hollingsworth!!

Potential Ceremony Sites February 1, 2009

  When I was growing up, I never realized how charming Lakeland truly was until now. Now that I am older and more mature, I look at Lakeland in a different light. Lakeland is small, quaint and charming. And, although there is not a great night life, it is a wonderful town to raise a family and to get involved as a community. One thing that truly surprised me was how beautiful the churches were, inside and out. Below are a couple of the churches that I have explored for my wedding ceremony.
